analemma above shows the
position of the shadow of the sun at 12:00:00 mean-time throughout a
year.
The analemma on the photo from the
sundial floor and the
computerized analemma are clearly related, but not identical. The
computerized analemma is "made" at the timeline (of the time-zone); the analemma on the photo
is made at a longitude 2 minutes before the timeline.

The difference in the shape is due to that the units on
